Mexico Mágico

It would be difficult to find another country so diverse in every respect! The landscape includes both picturesque beaches and oil rigs, tropical forests, as well as deserts, mountains, and volcanoes. The architectural gems are, of course, the pyramids and ancient monuments, contrasted by skyscrapers and colourful, though extremely poor, favelas. The area of 2 million square kilometres, which makes Mexico the 14th largest country in the world, is inhabited by about 150 million people representing various ethnic groups, including indigenous tribes. Alongside them, one can meet hundreds of thousands of tourists, whose presence makes tourism one of the country's two main sources of income. Only the oil industry ranks higher. Unfortunately, due to the terrain, agriculture is a strength only in the north of Mexico. For me, this country is a phenomenon, and what captivated me the most about it is the magic!
