MoJA Jewelry has its beginnings

Apparently, the beginning can be pinpointed. After all, it is marked on the timeline. Just like birth, it has a specific date.

Meanwhile... this one and only moment, called the beginning, consists of many events that precede and parallel it.

They lead, like a thread to a ball of yarn. Or like a tangle of roots to a tree leaf. So there would be no photo of jewelry if there had not first been a meeting with the person who wears it. He would not wear it, exactly like this: small or abundant, made of stone or seeds, multicolored or metal, if he had not previously created it through a combination of historical, cultural, and geological factors. Nor would our meeting have taken place if it weren't for my intention to travel. And my parents passed on their passion for travel to me... And so on.

So where does the story begin? Or perhaps there are many beginnings?

Thanks to my travels, I have been collecting jewelry from different corners of the world for years. After some time, the collection has grown so large that the jewelry is now opening its own space. I am establishing the Museum of Jewelry Art (MoJA) in Poznań. There, you will be able to see artistic and ethnic jewelry.
